Coupon Code Order Form

Only university departments and entities may request coupon codes.

If you do not receive a return acknowledgment email stating that your coupon code has been completed within 2 days of submission, please reach out to us by email at parkingcoupon@utah.edu.
Orders will be processed within two business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Orders submitted on a Friday cannot be guaranteed for the following Monday.
Code names cannot contain the following words: 'GUEST,' 'VISIT,' 'ADMIN,' 'PARK' or 'CODE.'
Code names cannot solely contain the activation date. For example, if you're using the code on Jan. 1, 2020, the code name cannot be '01012020' or any other variation of the date.
Effective Nov. 6, 2018, each coupon code must have an expiration date no more than 90 days past the start date.
