You may appeal a ticket online. Tickets cannot be appealed over the phone.
Parking lots on enforced Monday through Friday. Additionally, lots are enforced during football games, academic breaks and summer semester.
Departments pay a fee to give their employees UTA access. The employee does not pay this.

When a university employee or student parks in hospital visitor parking garage, they are required to fill out a pink card and turn it into front desk of the hospital. This process helps us ensure only visitors are using the visitor parking.
We use the license plate as the vehicle’s identifying information. Delete the old vehicle entry and create a new one with the new license plate.
We use the Reserved Parking violation for reserved stalls, maintenance stalls and townhouse stalls.

To cancel your permit and stop payroll deduction, email parkingpermits@utah.edu. Be sure to include your UID and state your request to cancel your permit.
Tickets written after July 1, 2019, have a 20-day time period to appeal. Parking changes happen often, and we must work with the most accurate data possible — which requires us to handle appeals promptly.
States that have county codes on their license plates must be included when entering your vehicle information.
The following states currently have county codes on their license plates (as of August 18, 2020):
